Pero ms all de la afiliacin, somos una <strong>comunidad de personas que se ayudan mutuamente<\/strong> a ser millors cada dia: a trav&#233;s de l&#8217;entrenament funcional d&#8217;alta intensitat, l&#8217;halterof\u00edlia ol&#237;mpica i l&#8217;acondicionament metab&#242;lic. En CrossFit Sant Quirze del Valls, <strong>cada sesin tiene un coach certificado que te gua<\/strong>, un grupo que te impulsa y un WOD programado con un objetivo claro. Cada WOD combina halterof\u00edlia, gimn&#224;stica i acondicionament metab&#242;lic en formats com AMRAP, EMOM o For Time. La sessi&#243; completa dura entre <strong>60 y 75 minutos<\/strong> i sempre acaba amb una comunitat que ho ha donat tot junta.
